As part of a specialized infrastructure project for a NIPSCO gas regulator station, we were responsible for executing key phases of construction that ensured both functionality and compliance with utility standards. The work began with site preparation, including grading and clearing to meet NIPSCO’s strict readiness requirements. Following this, the team installed concrete pillars and the foundation to support the regulator station’s structural components. Once the foundation was complete, the subcontractor assisted in erecting the prefabricated building, coordinating with utility engineers to ensure proper alignment and integration with gas service lines. To secure the site and meet safety protocols, the final phase involved the installation of perimeter fencing, completing a turnkey solution that supports NIPSCO’s mission of delivering reliable and safe natural gas services.
