Premium Services was born in 2004 out of an Elkhart, Indiana, garage, with just a half-ton pickup truck and wheel barrow. Max and Becky Yeakey started with a vision, a strong work ethic and a shared belief that excellence starts with integrity. What originated as a small concrete company has grown into a full-service operation with over 80 team members and counting.
Max, a former construction worker and full-time firefighter with the Elkhart City Fire Department, spent years working construction jobs on his days off. Eventually, he and Becky made the leap to launch their own company. That leap of faith became a mission.

While concrete is the core of our DNA, Premium Services has expanded far beyond our specialty. Today, we take on challenging, full-scope projects that demand experience, precision and problem-solving. And while we still bid competitively, our client-focused approach truly sets us apart. We invest in relationships before, during and after the job is done, and that’s why so many clients return.
