Premium’s in-house training academy is how we build our team from the ground up.
From high school graduates exploring a future in the trades to probationary team members proving themselves on the job, we provide the structure, support and safety training needed to build a lasting career.
All team members start as probationary employees and earn full-time roles after one year.
Others bring prior experience but stay because they see the difference in how we operate, from our safety protocols to our commitment to growth.
